Job Description

The role is a 2-day assignment requiring availability on two key dates: a mandatory 4-hour paid training session on Monday, May 11, followed by the event shift on Wednesday, May 13. This engagement is for a VIP-level event hosted at Microsoft, where maintaining a high standard of professionalism, hospitality, and composure is essential. The event demands a polished appearance and the ability to communicate effectively and courteously in a fast-paced environment.

As an Event Server Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in guest service within assigned engagement rooms. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests, replenishing buffet items, maintaining food presentation, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of event spaces. You will also support event setup and breakdown, dispose of trash appropriately, and handle any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
