We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing guests with the best experience by combining charm, professionalism, and a comprehensive knowledge of beverages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing beverage preparation with precision and flair, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining stringent health and safety standards. The role requires extensive knowledge of our outlet menu as well as expertise in wines, spirits, cordials, and after-dinner drinks. Additionally, the Bartender is accountable for fully stocking the bar while avoiding product overages or shortages, and handling transactions accurately using the Company’s Point of Sale (P.O.S.) system. This position offers a fast-paced, engaging work environment suitable for professionals who thrive under pressure and possess an outgoing personality.

The candidate must also be proficient in cash handling and maintaining a secure environment. Responsibilities include ensuring that all beverage preparation meets the highest standards of quality and presentation, and that all health and safety protocols are rigorously followed. This role is integral to maintaining the seamless operation of our bar and entertainment venues and requires a warm, friendly demeanor paired with effective communication and listening skills. This full-time position requires candidates to be at least 21 years old and capable of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Obtaining the necessary work cards and Gaming Registration is essential.
