Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be of legal drinking age
  • Proven experience in bartending or beverage service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately
  • Must pass company-required tests on drink preparation and service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement as per local regulations
  • Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume or upscale environment
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and drink recipes
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage service

Job Duties

  • Practice and promote company-wide culture and service standards
  • Know product classes and brand names and acceptable alternatives
  • Prepare and pour drinks accurately using proper techniques and equipment
  • Maintain clean, stocked, and organized bar areas including glassware and condiments
  • Verify product par levels and report shortages to management
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs, delivering food and beverages promptly
  • Operate POS systems handling cash transactions with accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Verify liquor deliveries and report discrepancies
  • Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
