As a prominent player in the hospitality and gaming industry, Graton Resort & Casino strives to provide guests with an unforgettable experience that blends excitement, comfort, and world-class service. The resort features a variety of dining options, entertainment venues, and recreational activities, creating a dynamic atmosphere where guests can relax, play, and enjoy an exquisite culinary scene.

Within this energetic and fast-paced environment, the VIP Bartender role at Graton Resort & Casino is pivotal in delivering superior beverage service to high-profile guests. This full-time position is designed for experienced bartenders who possess a deep knowledge of drink recipes, spirits, wines, and an extensive drink menu. As a VIP Bartender, you will be responsible not only for preparing and serving beverages but also for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring that every guest receives prompt, friendly, and professional service.

The role demands a commitment to upholding the company’s service standards and culture, actively contributing to a positive and engaging atmosphere for both guests and team members. Expertise in drink preparation techniques such as free pouring, usage of jiggers, and operating soda and liquor dispensing equipment is essential. Additionally, the bartender must have the ability to handle company funds with accuracy and integrity, operating point-of-sale systems efficiently while adhering to strict cash handling policies.

A key aspect of this position is the ability to interact with guests attentively, anticipating their needs and maintaining a courteous demeanor throughout every interaction. The VIP Bartender must be knowledgeable about the various classes and brand names of alcohol offered, ready to suggest alternatives if a requested item is unavailable. This role also requires a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations, proper handling of cleaning chemicals, and maintaining inventory levels for all beverage-related items.

In summary, the VIP Bartender at Graton Resort & Casino is more than just a drink preparer — it is a role that embodies hospitality excellence, attention to detail, and a passion for guest satisfaction in a high-energy, luxury setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a respected casino resort and contribute to the memorable experiences that keep guests returning time and again.
