Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Proven experience in bartending or beverage service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately
- Must pass company-required tests on drink preparation and service standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement as per local regulations
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Practice and promote company-wide culture and service standards
- Know product classes and brand names and acceptable alternatives
- Prepare and pour drinks accurately using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized bar areas including glassware and condiments
- Verify product par levels and report shortages to management
- Anticipate and meet guest needs, delivering food and beverages promptly
- Operate POS systems handling cash transactions with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Verify liquor deliveries and report discrepancies
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
