Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or related supervisory role preferred
  • completion of sanitation course is required either before or during the first year of employment
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends for catering events
  • capability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to maintain composure under stressful situations
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to operate basic math functions
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties

  • Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
  • direct daily activities
