Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of prior relevant supervisory experience at a major hotel or resort
- Three years of prior relevant experience in Food and Beverage, hotel operations, or guest services at a major hotel
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversees daily Villa, Villa Prive, Baccarat, and in-villa Food and Beverage operations including meal services, wine and liquor selection, and inventory control
- Assists with planning and execution of private functions within the Villas, Presidential Suites, and Chairman Suites including menu selection, pricing, and event staffing
- Develops collaborative relationships with support departments such as Casino Marketing, Luxury Experience, Convention Sales & Services, Facilities, Security, Housekeeping, Front Services, Sky Pool, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Executive Offices to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences
- Partners with Culinary team on development and implementation of offerings, menu presentations, and menu education for the Butler team
- Works closely with the Director to develop, execute, and measure strategic plans and annual operating goals including revenue growth opportunities, cost containment initiatives, and budget variance justifications
- Educates departmental leadership on departmental goals and ensures team commitment and support to drive departmental success
- Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, succession planning, discipline, terminations, and other employee status changes while supporting the companys diversity commitment
