The Villa Operations Manager role at MGM Resorts is a prestigious leadership position designed for an experienced hospitality professional. Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Two years of prior relevant supervisory experience at a major hotel or resort
Three years of prior relevant experience in Food and Beverage, hotel operations, or guest services at a major hotel
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of prior relevant supervisory experience at a major hotel or resort
Three years of prior relevant experience in Food and Beverage, Hotels Operations and or Guest Services at major hotel
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and all holidays

Job Duties

Oversees daily Villa, Villa Prive, Baccarat, and in-villa Food and Beverage operations including meal services, wine and liquor selection, and inventory control
Assists with planning and execution of private functions within the Villas, Presidential Suites, and Chairman Suites including menu selection, pricing, and event staffing
Develops collaborative relationships with support departments such as Casino Marketing, Luxury Experience, Convention Sales & Services, Facilities, Security, Housekeeping, Front Services, Sky Pool, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Executive Offices to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences
Partners with Culinary team on development and implementation of offerings, menu presentations, and menu education for the Butler team
Works closely with the Director to develop, execute, and measure strategic plans and annual operating goals including revenue growth opportunities, cost containment initiatives, and budget variance justifications
Educates departmental leadership on departmental goals and ensures team commitment and support to drive departmental success
Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, succession planning, discipline, terminations, and other employee status changes while supporting the companys diversity commitment
