The Villa Attendant position at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara plays an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within the resort. This full-time role requires meticulous attention to detail, as Villa Attendants are responsible for ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet the exacting standards expected by the club’s distinguished clientele. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and bathrooms, replenishing supplies, making beds, vacuuming floors, managing linen closets, and reporting any damages or required repairs promptly. Villa Attendants also handle guest preferences sensitively, such as respecting "Do Not Disturb" signs and quickly responding to any calls or requests for service.

Job Duties

  • Read and understand the work report/room assignment sheet
  • Pick up and ensure housekeeping cleaning supplies are adequately and properly stocked
  • Clean, dust, sanitize and supply all guest rooms and bathrooms
  • keep corridors clean, neat, and free of debris in assigned areas
  • Make beds and vacuum floors in a guest room
  • Handle "Do Not Disturb" rooms and any call backs promptly
  • Retrieve and maintain the linen closet in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion
  • Maintain pars established in all guest rooms for linens, supplies and furniture
  • Restock armories with all necessary supplies and equipment at the end of a shift
  • Remove, when necessary, room service dishes to the service area
  • Notice and report any damage or repairs needed in assigned areas
  • Assume possession of Residence Club pass keys during a shift and keep them secure
