Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience working in a bakery or similar food preparation environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
- ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead
- clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
- bake a variety of breads and pastries as needed
- prepare custom orders
- track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
