Videography Coordinator

The Videography Coordinator plays a critical role within Sky Ranch’s ministry by supporting its mission through the creation and organization of video content for use across many departments. This full-time role involves leading and executing all videography efforts for Sky Ranch, ensuring the visual storytelling reflects the organization’s mission and values. The position includes significant leadership responsibilities, such as recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising the Summer Media Team to help deliver high-quality video projects. The Coordinator will manage all aspects of video production, including setting up shoots, coordinating locations, staff, and equipment, scripting, cinematography, and editing. Additionally, this role is responsible for organizing all video content into an accessible repository and managing Sky Ranch’s Vimeo and YouTube accounts. The Videography Coordinator also supports marketing efforts by representing the Sky Ranch brand at events and other strategic opportunities. This position demands a professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of videography and audiovisual systems, and proficiency with Adobe editing software and various office tools. The coordinator must also maintain best practices documentation and uphold Sky Ranch’s standards for communication, confidentiality, and teamwork. The role requires physical agility, including the ability to move up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors during all seasons, sometimes involving travel and overnight stays.
