Job Requirements
- 15 years of relevant functional experience overseeing multiple properties and/or brands
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Experience within the geographic scope of The Americas preferred
- Experience with pre-opening situations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Experience in hospitality industry
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience working within the geographic scope of The Americas preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Job Duties
- Partner with commercial strategy and enterprise stakeholders to drive integrated sales strategies across the Hawaii portfolio
- Lead property and portfolio-level sales planning and execution across branded, managed, and franchise assets
- Align sales structure, processes, incentives, and performance across key segments including group, military/government, leisure/OEA, and weddings
- Collaborate with property-level leaders and centralized sales teams to drive enterprise-wide sales results
- Lead contractor networks and GSMR teams
- Continuously optimize sales strategies to support growth and revenue mix
- Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform sales planning
