This role carries full profit and loss responsibility, reflecting the strategic importance and operational breadth of the division within the larger corporate landscape. As Vice President, you will lead business strategy execution across multiple disciplines, including manufacturing, engineering, sales, project execution, and aftermarket operations. You will oversee multiple manufacturing facilities while leading senior leadership teams and fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture. The position demands a seasoned executive with expertise in engineered-to-order environments, who can drive revenue growth, boost profitability, and ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across all business functions. You will serve as a key driver for strategic growth initiatives, customer satisfaction, and business development activities. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
- minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in engineered-to-order manufacturing
- demonstrated track record of managing full p and l responsibilities
- proven leadership in manufacturing, engineering, sales, or project execution
- ability to lead multiple facilities or business units
- excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
- ability to work in a hybrid work environment based in Houston, TX
