We are currently seeking a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic Global Alliances team, ideally located in Europe with a preference for candidates based in the United Kingdom. This leadership role plays a critical part in identifying, developing, and executing strategic partnerships aimed at expanding our market presence and increasing revenue streams. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Alliances, the successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term, profitable relationships with key business partners while collaborating closely with our internal product and support teams. As Vice President, you will leverage your extensive experience in sales and business development to drive Red Book Connect’s growth through well-crafted go-to-market programs. Your role will encompass everything from recruiting and qualifying new strategic markets to managing the complete lifecycle of partnership initiatives—from strategy formulation and planning to practical implementation and ongoing assessment. By facilitating partner training and providing expert knowledge, you will empower channel partners to champion our solutions effectively, while acting as the vital communication link between partners and internal teams.

Job Requirements
- Motivated partner oriented ready and able to use your resourceful skills to develop lasting relationships with both business partners and internal product support teams
- Ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced energetic and ever-changing environment
- Solid understanding of what is required to develop nurture and manage successful business partnerships
- Follow-up and follow through are an everyday must
- Proven track record in sales and business development both direct and through partners
- Demonstrated experience working within teams to drive revenue through partnerships in a software company
- Ability to qualify recruit and manage new strategic markets
- Ability to manage the entire life cycle of business partnerships from strategy to implementation
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with partners resulting in long term and profitable partnerships
- Facilitate partners training sessions to encourage and motivate channel partners to promote our solution
- Provide subject matter expertise to partners to support their marketing and sales efforts
- Strong business and professional acumen with an ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization
- Act as a liaison between partners and our teams
- Strong communication skills both written and oral to keep partner and internal teams updated on activities
- Solve problems and produce solutions by gathering and evaluating given data to identify alternatives when circumstances change
- Ability and experience negotiating contracts and agreements
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales andor business objectives
Job Qualifications
- 10 plus years of software sales experience andor partner management experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales and business objectives
- Exceptional communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Highly motivated self-driven conscientious individual who is detailed and organized
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
