Beyond individual customers, Chase extends its support to small businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities, offering innovative solutions designed to meet the comprehensive needs of these varied segments. With a strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity, Chase fosters a workplace culture valuing every employee's unique talents and backgrounds, ensuring an environment where all can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the company’s sustained success.

As Vice President, the incumbent will work cross-functionally with teams spanning Portfolio, Partnership, Talent, Lifestyle, and Culture to ensure successful campaign execution from concept through launch and evaluation. Responsibilities include guiding the development of creative assets and messaging, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards, and optimizing performance through detailed analysis and strategic refinement. The position requires managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach that prioritizes measurable results.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of seven years of experience in marketing, brand management, or relationship management, preferably within consumer brands or financial services. This individual is adept at building relationships within a matrixed organization and excels in leading diverse teams, coaching for performance, and fostering operational excellence. Exceptional communication skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities are essential for success in this role.

Chase offers a competitive salary based on role, experience, skill set, and location, supplemented by potential commission-based pay or discretionary incentive compensation. A comprehensive benefits package supports employee well-being, ranging from healthcare and retirement savings to mental health resources and tuition reimbursement. The organization emphasizes career development and promotes an inclusive culture that respects and accommodates diverse needs.
