The Vice President of Culinary Services at Sinceri Senior Living is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the culinary operations across a broad portfolio of senior housing communities. This key executive position drives the development and execution of innovative culinary programs that align with the company’s mission to enhance the quality of life for senior residents. As the culinary visionary, the VP leads initiatives in menu innovation, nutritional compliance, food safety, and operational excellence, ensuring a seamless balance between exceptional dining experiences and financial performance. The role involves managing diverse culinary teams, including divisional directors and community directors, while fostering a culture of hospitality and continuous improvement. With a focus on resident satisfaction, the VP collaborates closely with other departments such as Life Enrichment to integrate dining with social programming that engages and delights residents. The position demands a seasoned leader with extensive experience in senior living or healthcare culinary services, excelling in multi-site management and operational oversight.
