The Ticketing Coordinator role at Vibee is an exciting position ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Ticketing Manager and plays a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of ticket operations for various events. The Ticketing Coordinator supports multiple facets of the ticketing process, including administration, data entry, event information accuracy, and guest experience. The Ticketing Coordinator will work on building event and package components within Vibee’s proprietary platform, monitor pricing, inventory, and package details across ticketing systems, and assist with quality control audits to maintain data integrity within ticketing operations. Troubleshooting issues related to ticket exchanges, relocations, and order fulfillment will also be part of this role, requiring sharp problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure.

Customer service is another vital component of the role; the Ticketing Coordinator collaborates with the Fan Experience team to resolve ticketing-related concerns promptly and ensures that internal systems such as Airtable are properly monitored for package fulfillment. Administrative duties include maintaining precise and organized records, supporting reporting efforts, and ensuring timely communication within the team. The position can involve some evening and weekend work, onsite event support, and potentially domestic and international travel, making it suitable for candidates with a flexible schedule and a passion for live events.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work autonomously and in a team setting
  • Must be able to stay organized and on task
  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments at onsite events
  • May sit and stand for extended periods of time and work in drastic temperature climates at onsite events
  • Must be able to occasionally work onsite and/or be on call for events as needed to support the Fan Experience team
  • Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
  • Must be willing to travel as required both domestically and abroad, if required and have a current unrestricted passport

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of ticketing software, event programming, and box office operations is preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within ticket operations, entertainment or the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Airtable, and Asana
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of responsibility in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively resolve guest related issues
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Work within multiple ticket platforms for seat management, allocation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Ticketing Managers and the Senior Director of Ticketing to understand seating requirements and ensure event needs are met from time of order placement through event day execution
  • Work in tandem with Ticketing Managers to build event and package components within Vibee’s platform
  • Maintain and track Ticketing Coordinator daily task checklists to ensure all responsibilities are completed on time
  • Assist in quality control audits to maintain accuracy across ticketing systems, event builds, and customer orders
  • Strategically troubleshoot issues related to ticket exchanges, relocations, order fulfillment and database management
  • Assist managers with multiple events simultaneously
