Job Description
Vibee is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to creating unforgettable destination experiences for fans of live music and entertainment around the world. Founded by Live Nation, the world’s leading live entertainment company, in partnership with Insomniac, a renowned name in festival production, Vibee combines expertise in live events with unmatched creativity to offer fans immersive experiences both on land and at sea. The company specializes in curated activations, bespoke festival packages, and unique event narratives designed to transform moments into lifelong memories. With its foundation deeply rooted in the entertainment industry, Vibee is continuously expanding its global reach while prioritizing fan engagement and satisfaction at every touchpoint. The company’s commitment to excellence and innovation positions it as a leader in the live event space, leveraging strong brand partnerships and a talented team to deliver top-tier experiences.
The role of Event Communications Manager at Vibee is a critical one, embedded within the Global Experiences team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about live events and music, possessing a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Experiences and based in Las Vegas, the Event Communications Manager operates on a hybrid office schedule, emphasizing collaboration and flexible working arrangements.
This role involves comprehensive communication planning and strategy development to ensure all content and messaging reflect the company’s brand integrity and business goals. The successful candidate will develop and maintain a company-wide communications calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs among departments like Marketing, Fan Experience, and Event Producers, and craft event-specific communication plans detailing key messages, channels, and timelines.
A strong emphasis is placed on written communications; the manager will sustain a consistent brand voice across numerous platforms and produce high-quality written content, from creative briefs to final deliverables, including newsletters, announcements, and customer service communications. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, the manager will ensure clarity, usability, and alignment with strategic objectives in all messaging.
In addition to crafting compelling content, the role involves supporting marketing teams in maintaining content accuracy across ticketing and conversion platforms and managing post-purchase guest experience microsites. Strong stakeholder engagement is vital, with responsibilities including supporting communication and education initiatives for internal and external partners, fostering internal alignment across departments, and aiding business development through content support for pitches and presentations.
The Event Communications Manager must also participate in cross-functional initiatives, monitoring communication effectiveness via metrics and reports, contributing to crisis communication plans, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and messaging strategies. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you are an experienced communication professional with a passion for live events and the skills to drive impactful engagement, Vibee offers a vibrant platform to leverage your expertise and help shape global entertainment experiences.
