Job Requirements

  • previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency with computers and scheduling software
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • be the friendly face and voice that welcomes clients and their pets
  • answer phones and help triage patient needs
  • schedule appointments and communicate with the medical team
  • check clients in and out and handle payment transactions with a smile
  • provide compassionate care to patients
  • assist doctors and RVTs during exams and procedures
  • set up appointments and help educate clients about their pet's care
