- previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency with computers and scheduling software
- reliable and punctual
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- be the friendly face and voice that welcomes clients and their pets
- answer phones and help triage patient needs
- schedule appointments and communicate with the medical team
- check clients in and out and handle payment transactions with a smile
- provide compassionate care to patients
- assist doctors and RVTs during exams and procedures
- set up appointments and help educate clients about their pet's care
