We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our full-time team. The position offers a negotiable salary based on experience and provides a stable schedule of four weekdays from 7:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. with no weekend shifts, supporting a healthy work-life balance. As a Veterinary Receptionist at A Country Veterinary Clinic, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic, greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.   • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to messages promptly

  • collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
  • support smooth patient flow through communication with doctors and technicians
  • deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
