By focusing on balancing work-life commitments and ensuring staff feel valued, A Country Veterinary Clinic creates an atmosphere that nurtures both employees and the patients they serve. Recognized for its collaborative team culture and commitment to ongoing education, the clinic offers a stable workplace with predictable scheduling, no weekend shifts, and generous paid time off. This supportive culture extends to strong leadership that listens and values input from every team member, ensuring a positive experience for employees and clients alike.

Currently, A Country Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join their full-time team. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of the clinic's front desk and provide excellent service to every client and patient. The Veterinary Receptionist will be working weekdays from 7:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., enjoying a four-day workweek with no weekend shifts, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. Compensation is negotiable and depends on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

In this key role, the Veterinary Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, greeting them warmly and professionally. The position requires managing multiple responsibilities such as answering phones, scheduling appointments for multiple doctors, maintaining accurate patient records, processing payments, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the veterinary team. The receptionist will contribute significantly to a positive clinic experience by supporting smooth patient flow and delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction.

A Country Veterinary Clinic values individuals who bring a positive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a team-first attitude. Prior veterinary reception experience is preferred, but the clinic also welcomes candidates eager to learn and grow within a nurturing environment. The culture promotes mentorship and collaboration, providing opportunities for continuing education and professional development supported by an allowance for such activities. The clinic also offers numerous benefits that include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options, retirement savings with 401(k) matching, tuition support, and several wellness programs designed to support the physical and mental well-being of their employees.

This role offers an outstanding opportunity to join a forward-thinking veterinary practice where your contributions will be appreciated and your professional career encouraged. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional client service within a veterinary setting and desire a balanced schedule that respects personal time, A Country Veterinary Clinic may be the ideal next step in your career journey.
