Wilmington Animal Hospital is proud to foster a collaborative environment where each team member plays a vital role in delivering the highest standard of veterinary care. Our philosophy centers around the belief that taking great care of our patients begins with taking great care of our team. We prioritize work-life balance, professional growth, and employee satisfaction to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly and compassionate team on a full-time basis. Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff will be essential in maintaining an organized and efficient front desk environment. Additionally, you will handle client check-ins and check-outs, process payments, explain invoices and hospital policies, and assist clients with any questions or concerns.
At Wilmington Animal Hospital, you will find a workplace culture that values kindness, teamwork, and laughter, making every day enjoyable and meaningful. The team enjoys various perks such as coffee runs, ice cream parties, and a stocked break room, fostering camaraderie and a sense of community. We also emphasize continuous learning and provide opportunities for professional development, continuing education allowances, and uniform allowances.
