Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- excellent communication skills
- confidence discussing financial transactions
- strong organizational skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- team-oriented attitude
- availability to work four ten-hour shifts Monday through Saturday
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred
- strong customer service background

- comfort discussing estimates and payments professionally
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in busy or emotional situations

Job Duties
- Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- answer phones and manage high call volume efficiently
- schedule appointments across a multi-doctor calendar
- check patients in and out accurately
- review estimates and invoices with clarity and confidence
- collect payments and process transactions accurately
- communicate hospital policies and service recommendations clearly
- coordinate closely with technicians and doctors to maintain smooth patient flow
- maintain clean, organized front desk and lobby areas
- follow up with clients via calls, texts, or emails as needed
- document communication accurately in medical records
