Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
- Previous veterinary experience preferred
- Ability to work primarily on Saturdays and Sundays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Availability for part-time weekend schedule

Job Duties
- Greet clients and pets warmly as the first point of contact
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar efficiently
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Handle check-in and check-out processes accurately
- Process payments and maintain transaction records
- Provide clients with information about veterinary services
- Support the front desk operations to ensure a smooth client experience
