Woodland Veterinary Hospital has been a cornerstone of pet care in the Woodland community and surrounding areas for over 50 years. Established in 1975 as a small clinic, it has grown into a state-of-the-art, full-service veterinary hospital featuring an 11,000-square-foot campus. The hospital is staffed by a dedicated team that includes 9 veterinarians and over 40 veterinary support professionals. These experts collaborate to provide a wide array of compassionate and personalized services tailored to pets' unique medical needs. From routine wellness visits to urgent care and boarding, Woodland Veterinary Hospital offers comprehensive veterinary care all under one roof. We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team and become the welcoming face of Woodland Veterinary Hospital. This part-time role primarily requires working on Saturdays and Sundays. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in shaping the client and pet experience by greeting visitors warmly and ensuring smooth interactions at the front desk. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, answering a multi-line phone system, managing check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and sharing helpful information about our veterinary services. This role demands a friendly, organized, and service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine love for animals.
Compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, depending on education, experience, and geographic location.
