Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and digital communications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays
  • Basic computer proficiency with office management software

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (veterinary experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with computers and office management systems
  • Passion for animal care and client service
  • Available Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm, and rotating Saturdays

Job Duties

  • Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service
  • Schedule appointments and manage client communications
  • Answer phone calls, texts and emails, addressing client questions and concerns
  • Process payments, update client records, and maintain a welcoming reception area
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure smooth clinic operations
