We pride ourselves on building strong, trusting relationships with pet owners by providing a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment where pets receive top-notch medical attention. As a community-focused veterinary hospital, we continually strive to promote the health and well-being of animals in Eugene and surrounding areas through expert veterinary care, education, and personalized service.

This key front-line role will serve as the welcoming face and voice of The Veterinary Hospital, ensuring every client experiences exceptional and compassionate customer service from their very first interaction. This fast-paced position involves managing daily appointment scheduling, patient flow, multi-line telephone systems, and in-person client interactions seamlessly. The successful candidate will process transactions accurately, provide essential information about our services, and support clients with professionalism and friendliness. This role demands high levels of organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

This is a full-time position offered on a 4/10 schedule from Wednesday through Saturday, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $17 to $20 based on experience. The Veterinary Hospital also offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare, life insurance, disability coverage, an Employee Assistance Program, a 401k plan with company matching starting in 2027, paid time off following company policies and applicable laws, a personal pet discount, and a uniform allowance. Part-time employees may also be eligible for limited benefits in accordance with company policy and state law.

As a Client Service Representative, you will be integral in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that every client feels valued and cared for. Whether you’re managing a bustling multi-phone line or assisting clients at the front desk, your role is critical in facilitating smooth daily operations and delivering an outstanding client experience. We are looking for candidates with one or more years of customer service or reception experience, preferably with a background in veterinary reception or healthcare front-desk work. Proficiency in scheduling, financial transaction processing, and exceptional communication are essential.
