Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome clients and their pets upon arrival
  • manage appointment scheduling and maintain the appointment calendar
  • answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries
  • assist with client check-in and check-out processes
  • communicate effectively with veterinary and support staff regarding patient needs
  • handle administrative tasks including data entry and filing
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
