This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $23.00, depending on experience, with a scheduled workweek from Monday through Friday, primarily between the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Veterinary Receptionist at Blue Sky Veterinary Clinic will be more than just a front-desk employee; they will serve as a vital client liaison who fosters trust and comfort with pet owners while supporting the veterinary medical team. The role is dynamic and involves managing client interactions with professionalism and compassion, coordinating appointments and hospital communications, processing payments, and maintaining thorough and accurate records. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or humane society preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries

  • maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
