- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or veterinary environment preferred
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to handle multiple tasks and client communications
- proficiency in using office and business equipment

Job Duties
- Receive and place calls to clients for scheduling
- prioritize multiple tasks in a calm and organized manner
- maintain proper documentation through client and pet records
- assist clients by providing instructions, information and invoices
- dispense prescription items per veterinarian instructions
- schedule future appointments
- utilize hospital computer systems to document medical records and communicate with clients and teammates
