- minimum 2 years experience in a veterinary receptionist or client service role
- availability Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and 2 weekends per month

Job Qualifications

- proven ability to handle a high volume of client calls and inquiries with a friendly, solution-oriented attitude
- strong attention to detail in managing medical records, appointments, and client information accurately

Job Duties
- Greet and check in clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner
- answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions regarding services, pet care, and billing
- provide clients with information about their pet's health, procedures, and appointments in a clear, compassionate way
- coordinate appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of the hospital's time and resources
- process and track medical records, client communications, and billing information accurately
- manage client concerns or complaints and escalate issues to the hospital management team when needed
- handle front-desk tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and managing the flow of patient records
