The role offered is focused on providing exceptional client experience by efficiently managing day-to-day administrative and customer service duties at a veterinary care facility. Responsibilities include greeting clients warmly, responding promptly to inquiries, handling payments, and processing both incoming and outgoing pets. Additional tasks involve answering phone calls to schedule appointments, screen service needs, and provide information. The position also oversees the cleanliness of the client waiting area, manages incoming and outgoing mail and emails, and ensures accurate documentation of client information and service data within business operations software. Complex issues are escalated to senior staff. This role requires a minimum of 6 months of related experience, making it suitable for candidates who have a background in customer service or veterinary environments seeking to grow in a supportive and professional setting.
