- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary or healthcare environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Comfortable learning new technology and practice management software
- Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the workday
