PEAK Veterinary Referral Center is a premier specialty and emergency veterinary hospital located in Williston, Vermont. This full-time position offers competitive pay, ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, commensurate with experience, skills, and knowledge. Your responsibilities will focus on delivering an outstanding client experience, supporting specialty and urgent veterinary teams, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and hospital staff. You will work five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts on a rotating weekend schedule, with hours scheduled between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM.\n\nThis role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume veterinary environment and enjoys multitasking while maintaining professionalism and empathy. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be tasked with welcoming and educating clients, scheduling appointments across various specialty departments, and managing communications via phone and email. You will play an integral part in maintaining accurate patient records and coordinating follow-ups to ensure clients receive timely and compassionate support. - Previous customer service or receptionist experience
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and compassionate demeanor
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and varied shifts
- Fluency in English
- Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software

Job Duties
