As the first point of contact for clients, the Front Office Associate is responsible for greeting clients warmly, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing pets, handling payments, answering phone calls with professionalism, screening service needs, and scheduling appointments accordingly. Additionally, the associate will manage incoming and outgoing mail and e-mails, maintain cleanliness in the client waiting area, and document client and service information accurately within the organization’s business operations software. The position requires a minimum of 6 months of job-related experience, highlighting the importance of a foundation in customer service or administrative roles. The ability to escalate complex matters to senior staff effectively is also essential, as it ensures that client concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
