Job Description
Upleash Veterinary Hospital is a locally owned veterinary practice dedicated to providing advanced, relationship-centered care that honors both pets and their owners. Our mission is to restore trust, connection, and clarity to the veterinary experience by combining rigorous medical expertise with personal service. We prioritize compassion, transparent communication, and comprehensive care at both ends of the leash, striving to deliver the highest level of veterinary care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our team of professionals works collaboratively to ensure every client and patient receives attentive, empathetic service tailored to their unique needs. We believe that strong relationships with pet owners are the foundation of excellent veterinary care, and we are committed to fostering a clinic culture that values clear communication and empathy alongside clinical excellence.
We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Upleash Veterinary Hospital. This is a full-time position where the successful candidate will serve as the primary face and voice of our clinic, greeting clients and their pets warmly and managing the hospital lobby's flow. Beyond typical receptionist duties like managing appointment schedules and client check-ins, this role involves closely collaborating with the Hospital Manager to provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and possesses a genuine passion for customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, thereby supporting our veterinarians and technicians in delivering elite veterinary care. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a compassionate, client-centered team that values professionalism, empathy, and dedication to animal well-being.
