The Client Care Representative role is a part-time position requiring 20 to 25 hours per week. Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet clients and their pets to create exceptional first impressions
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and handle client inquiries with clear and compassionate communication
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments efficiently
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs ensuring accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with veterinary departments to alert them of patient arrivals and distribute daily schedules
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting reception area to support a professional environment
  • Handle client deposits and financial transactions with accuracy
