The hospital's services span preventive care, surgery, dentistry, and much more, ensuring that every pet receives personalized, beneficial treatment in a welcoming environment. The hospital fosters strong relationships with pet owners, emphasizing trust and open communication to create a supportive atmosphere that enhances both pet and owner satisfaction. Westside Pet Hospital is committed to maintaining a culture of compassion and excellence while embracing innovation and best practices in veterinary medicine.

As the first point of contact, the CSR represents the hospital’s values of warmth, empathy, and professionalism. This part-time position requires the individual to manage and schedule appointments efficiently, maintain a steady flow of visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing personality who excels in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and possesses excellent multitasking abilities. Responsibilities include handling a multi-line phone system, managing in-person client interactions with care and attentiveness, processing financial transactions accurately, answering inquiries regarding hospital services, and maintaining a clean and organized front office area. This role is critical in fostering trust between the veterinary team and clients, ensuring a positive, welcoming experience that encourages client retention and satisfaction.

The position is scheduled for part-time work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with an hourly wage ranging from $17 to $21 depending on experience and location factors. While this role offers part-time hours, Westside Pet Hospital provides a full suite of benefits for eligible employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, and a retirement savings plan through 401(k) options. Additionally, team members have access to an Employee Assistance Program, paid time off based on applicable laws and workplace policies, a personal pet discount, and a uniform allowance.
