- minimum two years of experience in customer service

- ability to work 10-hour shifts including rotating Saturdays
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- handle multi-line phone systems and manage client communications
- process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- use Avimark or similar software to update client and patient information
- collaborate with veterinary and support staff to ensure excellent patient care
- support a positive and team-first work environment
