Job Duties
- Provide excellent and expeditious client experience
- Greet clients and respond to questions
- Process incoming and outgoing pets
- Handle payments accurately
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail
- Monitor client waiting area cleanliness
- Document and maintain client information and service data
- Escalate complex matters to senior staff
