Cicero Animal Clinic is a well-established veterinary care facility dedicated to providing exceptional health services and compassionate care to pets and their owners. Situated in a welcoming community, the clinic has built a reputation for a team-oriented and collaborative approach to veterinary medicine. The clinic operates with a staff of 5 skilled veterinarians supported by experienced Client Service Representatives, Veterinary Assistants, Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs), and a dedicated management team. This combination ensures the highest standards of patient care and customer service, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Beyond their professional focus, the clinic also fosters a warm workplace culture, highlighted by unique perks such as a chocolate fountain, demonstrating their commitment to employee satisfaction and morale.
The role of Client Service Representative at Cicero Animal Clinic is a full-time, flexible position specifically designed to accommodate a four or five-day workweek with availability Monday through Friday and no weekend shifts. This role is essential as the first point of contact for clients, welcoming visitors warmly and compassionately while establishing trust in the veterinary team. The Client Service Representative is responsible for managing appointment flows, skillfully handling a multi-line phone system, and providing outstanding customer service to both phone and in-person clients. Additionally, the person in this role processes financial transactions and disseminates accurate and detailed information about the clinic’s services.
This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adept at multitasking, and organized to handle the diverse needs of a busy veterinary hospital. The role offers a competitive wage ranging between $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, with the exact rate dependent on the applicant’s education, relevant training, and professional experience, plus the geographic location where the work is performed. The comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, an Employee Assistance Program, 401k options, paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable laws, and a personal pet discount.
Joining Cicero Animal Clinic means becoming part of a workplace where individual contributions are valued and where ongoing investment in the personal and professional growth of employees is prioritized. The clinic emphasizes creating a work atmosphere where team members genuinely look forward to their day and can contribute meaningfully to a collaborative effort that enhances patient outcomes. Equal opportunity employment practices are strictly followed, ensuring that all qualified applicants are considered fairly regardless of their background or characteristics protected by law. For applicants with disabilities or those needing reasonable accommodations, supportive personnel from People Operations are available to facilitate the application process. This position represents an exciting career opportunity for someone passionate about client service in a veterinary setting and who seeks to be an integral part of a caring and driven team.
