Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service or receptionist experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • computer literacy including knowledge of scheduling software
  • must be dependable and punctual
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • proficiency with computer software and scheduling systems
  • basic knowledge of veterinary medicine or animal care is a plus
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival
  • manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly
  • process payments and handle billing accurately
  • maintain organized client records and ensure data confidentiality
  • coordinate communication between veterinary staff and clients
  • support the team with administrative and reception duties as needed
