Beyond the basic benefits, VCA Feist emphasizes continuous career growth by providing professional development programs, leadership opportunities, and financial resources for further education, including tuition support and veterinary technician license reimbursement. Employees have access to wellness subscriptions like Headspace, referral bonuses, and numerous chances to give back to the community through strong shelter partnerships and the VCA Charities initiative.
