Job Description

Rivers Veterinary Urgent Care (RVUC) is a specialized veterinary medical facility based in Pittsburgh, established in 2021 to address critical gaps in emergency and preventative veterinary care. As the CoVID-19 pandemic shifted medical demands, veterinary services faced unprecedented challenges including shortages of accessible emergency care for pets. RVUC introduced an innovative walk-in model designed to offer immediate, high-quality veterinary attention combined with the convenience and flexibility that pet owners urgently need. This model ensures no prior appointment is necessary, which delivers prompt medical assessment and treatment that ultimately safeguards the health and well-being of pets in the Pittsburgh community.
