Job Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be exposed to hazards such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches and animal waste
  • Ability to sit at a work station for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
  • Passion for animals and a commitment to client education

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments
  • Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations
