A unique feature of this position includes the option to gain experience at the sister hospital, Grant Pet Hospital & Urgent Care, which offers exposure to urgent and walk-in cases, enhancing clinical diversity while maintaining Bradford Park as the primary workplace.
The hospital supports flexible scheduling options, including four-day work weeks and rotating Saturdays, promoting an excellent work-life balance for its veterinarians. Bradford Park offers personalized mentorship programs tailored for early-career veterinarians through the NVA General Practice Mentorship Program, which includes hands-on skill development and quarterly case reviews to build confidence and clinical success. Experienced veterinarians have the opportunity to upskill and engage in advanced training at the NVA PetOne Veterinary Training Center, covering surgery, dentistry, anesthesiology, ultrasound, and other specialty areas, enabling continuous career advancement.
Compensation is competitive with production potential, coupled with comprehensive benefits including CE and PTO allowances, full medical coverage (health, dental, vision), 401(k) with company match, paid dues/licenses, and employee discounts on pet care and insurance. Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital is part of National Veterinary Associates (NVA), a leading global pet care organization committed to empowering veterinary teams and fostering professional development across its network of 1,000 hospitals.
