Job Description
Clinton Keith Veterinary Hospital is a well-established veterinary practice located in the picturesque Southern California wine country, specifically in the Temecula Valley area. Known for its commitment to high-quality medical care coupled with a warm and friendly environment, this hospital provides an ideal setting for veterinarians seeking a professional yet supportive workplace. The clinic is situated on an expansive 3-acre ranch-style facility, fully equipped with advanced medical technology including a CO2 surgical laser, digital radiology, digital dental X-ray, IDEXX in-house diagnostics, therapeutic cold laser, and two ultrasound units including a portable one. These resources enable veterinarians at Clinton Keith to offer comprehensive, top-tier medical services from the very first day on the job. The facility's seasoned support staff, many of whom have been with the hospital for over ten years, play a significant role in maintaining the practice’s reputation for warmth and professionalism. Clinton Keith Veterinary Hospital values genuine teamwork and a workplace atmosphere that feels more like a home than just a place of employment.
The role of Associate Veterinarian at Clinton Keith Veterinary Hospital is an exciting opportunity for veterinarians who want to grow their careers in a community-rooted practice. The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $160,000 depending on experience level and whether the role is full-time or part-time. Candidates can also expect sign-on and relocation bonuses tailored to their individual needs alongside a full benefits package including a 401(k) with employer match. This role is designed to support a balanced and structured work schedule including a generous two-hour lunch break daily and shorter working hours on Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. Additionally, the hospital boasts an outstanding 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, ensuring that veterinarians can focus more on medicine and client care. The clientele is loyal and long-standing, which means veterinarians can build lasting relationships with pet owners who trust their recommendations and are open to preventive and ongoing care.
