The opportunity is for a full-time Associate Veterinarian who will join this experienced and collaborative team. The role offers a flexible work schedule, including options for four-day workweeks, with no on-call or after-hours emergencies, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Compensation is competitive with a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience, complemented by a 21% production bonus paid monthly and a no negative accrual policy. The position allows veterinarians to build their caseload around their clinical interests, supported by a cohesive group of doctors, credentialed technicians, and a leadership team that values their input. Job Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- valid veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure in Nevada
- ability to perform surgical and diagnostic procedures
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work a flexible schedule including potential for four-day workweeks
- no on-call or after-hours emergency work
- commitment to team collaboration and client education
Job Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- licensed or able to obtain licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Nevada
- experience in general veterinary practice preferred

- strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care to patients including preventive, urgent, and surgical services
- manage caseloads based on clinical interests
- conduct soft tissue, orthopedic, and laser surgeries
- educate clients on pet health and preventive care
- collaborate with veterinary technicians and leadership to ensure cohesive patient management
- utilize advanced diagnostic equipment including digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, and in-house lab resources
- mentor and support junior staff and veterinary technicians
