Job Requirements
- Must have and maintain current Food Handler’s Manager Certification
- must maintain Arizona Title 4 Liquor Manager Training
- able to stand and walk regularly
- able to lift and/or carry 35-pound trays and move furniture safely
- must have a high level of physical fitness
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events
- able to work 45 plus hours per week
- able to handle a 6th workday when necessary
- must complete internal 1-hour Alcohol Training after start date
Job Qualifications
- One or two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- computer literate and proficient in POS software
- current Food Handler's Manager Certification
- Arizona Title 4 Liquor Manager Training
- versed in bar operations, legalities, and pours
- ability to convey information clearly
- excellent verbal communication
- efficient and well-organized
- assertive with an outgoing personality
- ability to promote and sell products
- problem-solving and rational decision-making skills
- basic computational ability

Job Duties
- Supervise the assigned shift
- ensure service staff deliver products correctly and timely
- respond to shift changes and cover shifts as needed
- ensure before and after shift side work is completed
- approve transactions and assist servers with closing duties
- supervise hostess staff
- oversee front of house pars and vendor compliance
- manage operations during peak business periods
- coordinate shift transitions and communicate issues
- participate in short and long-term planning
- assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- support regular training sessions
- perform daily and weekly facility inspections
- use management by walking around to inspect continuously
- recognize employees for good performance
- lead by example with a positive attitude
- approach guests and employees with courteous service
- resolve issues and report incidents
- conduct business with integrity
- maintain fiscal responsibility and guest satisfaction
- comply with club standards and regulations
- maintain professional guest relationships
- stay informed of club events and programs
- communicate with other departments
- participate in meetings and training
- enforce food and beverage policies
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness
- partner with kitchen staff for sanitary conditions
