  • Five years of management experience
  • Three years of relevant culinary experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance

  • Strong culinary expertise in high-volume production
  • Proficiency in plate costing and inventory management
  • Experience with food management systems and FMS implementation
  • Skilled in training and development

Job Duties

  • Provide multi-unit culinary expertise and operational support
  • Support menu development and large-scale catering
  • Create and refine recipes
  • Maintain food safety standards and train frontline and management staff
  • Implement food management systems and oversee plate costing and inventory
  • Recruit, select, and develop culinary talent
  • Represent the organization in sales and program presentations
