As a Stadium Chef at Hard Rock Stadium, you will be entrusted with strengthening culinary execution by supporting menu development, managing large-scale catering operations, developing recipes, and enforcing food safety standards. The role requires expertise in frontline and manager training, ensuring that all teams maintain consistent high standards in food preparation and service. You will be an integral part of system implementations, plate costing assessments, inventory management, and compliance monitoring with vendors and food management systems. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years management experience
- 3 years related experience
- Strong culinary skills in menu development and large-scale production
- Knowledge of plate costing and inventory management
- Proficiency in food management systems
- Ability to train others
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications

- At least 3 years related culinary experience
- Strong expertise in menu development and high-volume production
