We are currently seeking an experienced Venue Stadium Chef to join the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, IN. This exciting full-time role offers an annual salary range of $110,000 to $120,000, plus performance-based bonuses. As a Venue Stadium Chef, you will provide multi-unit culinary expertise, operational support, and training across a broad geographic area. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities including menu development, large-scale catering, recipe creation, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. You will play a vital role in frontline and managerial training while supporting system implementation, plate costing, and inventory oversight. In addition, your efforts will ensure compliance with products, vendors, and food management systems. This role is designed for an individual contributor who excels in specialized technical tasks and is comfortable working independently while collaborating occasionally with teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact multiple units, gaining valuable experience leading culinary planning, large catering initiatives, and supporting the development of culinary leaders. Your expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining consistent culinary standards, assisting with recruitment, and promoting strong operational performance district-wide. Sodexo offers this position with a competitive pay range between $100,130 and $129,580 per year and eligibility to participate in the company’s incentive plan to earn variable compensation in addition to base salary. This dynamic opportunity includes travel, providing variety and challenge for professional growth.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years management experience
  • 3 years relevant culinary experience
