The Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL, offers the unique opportunity to join as an experienced Stadium Chef. This role involves providing multi-unit culinary expertise, operational support, and training across a broad geographical area. The Stadium Chef will play a critical role in strengthening culinary execution through menu development, large-scale catering, recipe innovation, and maintaining rigorous food safety standards. Additionally, this position supports frontline staff and culinary managers through comprehensive training, ensuring consistent, high-quality culinary performance across the district.

This individual contributor position emphasizes specialized technical skills, operational support, and independent project completion, while also encouraging collaboration where necessary. The role includes oversight of system implementations, plate costing, inventory control, vendor and product compliance, and assisting with recruitment efforts. The Stadium Chef will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating operational excellence and culinary standards, directly impacting the guest experience in a large-scale, dynamic stadium environment.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000 annually, reflecting the position's seniority and extensive responsibilities. Eligible candidates may also participate in Sodexo's incentive plan, offering variable compensation in addition to the base salary.
