  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • five years management experience
  • three years related culinary experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • five years of management experience
  • three years of related culinary experience
  • strong expertise in menu development and high-volume production
  • proficiency with plate costing and inventory management
  • knowledge of P&L and cost-of-sales principles
  • skilled in food management systems and FMS training
  • ability to train on food safety and culinary techniques
  • experience in recruitment and staff development
  • excellent presentation and organizational skills
  • adaptability to support multiple units

Job Duties

  • Provide multi-unit culinary expertise and operational support
  • support menu development and recipe creation
  • oversee large-scale catering operations
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • conduct frontline and manager training
  • implement food management systems and plate costing
  • assist with recruitment and talent development
  • maintain inventory oversight and product/vendor compliance
  • contribute to operational excellence across district
