Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in transport, civil engineering, project management, event management, major sport events or a combination of education and experience relating to position
- 2 years' work experience ideally within the football, sport, or event industry
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from support staff, managers, and clients
- motivated and capable of working independently
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- willingness to learn transit operations involved in moving client groups by vehicles, including city layout
- fluent in English
- spanish and/or french proficiency is a plus
- proficient in ms office (excel, word, powerpoint, visio & project) and planning software and online collaboration tools

Job Duties
- work closely with existing stadium teams to coordinate fifa constituent group transport provisions and access to/from stadium and venues
- work closely with the security team to ensure transport plans are coordinated with the appropriate security provisions
- liaise with bus operations staff and fleet operations staff during operational period to ensure a successful transportation operation
- work with chosen suppliers/contractors within the various parking/traffic management/load zone locations
- management of transport information desks
- training and supervising volunteers and contractors
- responsible for management of vapp boards and transport load zones at each venue
- responsible for placement, control and storage of transport related ff&e
