The role in question is pivotal in supporting the live production environment, serving as a backstage and talent assistant responsible for a variety of essential errands and tasks. Key to this position is maintaining confidentiality due to the access granted to sensitive artist and production information. Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering food and beverages to talent, retrieving and delivering equipment and documentation, maintaining cleanliness and order in stage and backstage areas, and assisting with show-related logistics such as guest list and pass distribution. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of live concert events, contributing to the overall fan and artist experience by supporting the production team and artists.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to the band or talent
  • Retrieve and deliver equipment, paperwork, etc.
  • Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
  • Assist with show pass and guest list distribution
  • Assist Green Room Server with any needs of the artist
  • Perform opening, running, and closing side duties
  • Have knowledge of all music, promotional, or special events in the house
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional
